Rendi magico anche il tuo pandoro o panettone con una crema al caffè natalizia! Farina e uova incontrano latte, zucchero, cioccolato e caffè, in un vortice di cremosa bontà. Solo pochi minuti ai fornelli per un risultato da gran finale!
Servono 2,5 dl latte, 150 gr di zucchero, 30 gr di cioccolato fondente, 5 tuorli d’uovo, 1 tazzina di caffè espresso, 1 cucchiaio di farina, qualche chicco di caffè al cioccolato e un po’ di cacao amaro.
In una pentola sbatti i tuorli con lo zucchero, poi aggiungi il caffè. Unisci la farina e il latte a filo, e continua a sbattere a mano con una frusta. Metti la pentola sul fuoco e cuoci la crema a fuoco lento, mescolandola di continuo. Aggiungi il cioccolato spezzettato e mescola per farlo sciogliere. A questo punto trasferisci la crema in ciotoline monoporzione, coprila con la pellicola e falla riposare in frigo per un paio d'ore. Quando sarai pronto a servirla, decorala con i chicchi di caffè al cioccolato ed una spruzzata di cacao.
