101 Smoothies 

A mix of fruit and vegetables for a well-being summer.

Prepare mixer and let your imagination run wild with our recipes!

Smoothie with green tea 

Ingredients for two glasses:

  • 200 ml of almond or rice milk
  • ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 bananas
  • 150 g of spinach
  • 1 cup of Green Tea
  • lemon juice to taste

Preparation:

  1. Prepare and cool a cup of Green Tea.
  2. Cut all ingredients and pour them into the blender with half a cup of Green Tea.
  3. Blend for 2 minutes at maximum speed.
  4. To obtain the desired consistency and taste, add the rest of Green Tea and blend for another 10 seconds.

Smoothie with wild berries

Ingredients for two glasses:

  • 1 handful of mixed wild berries 
  • 2 bananas
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 10 leaves of mint
  • 3 teaspoons of brown sugar
  • 1 cup Wild Berries Tea

 

Preparation:

  1. Prepare and let cool a cup of Wild Berries Tea.
  2. Cut all ingredients and pour them into a blender with half a cup of Wild Berries Tea.
  3. Mix for 2 minutes at maximum speed.
  4. To get the desired consistency and taste, add the rest of Wild Berries Tea to taste.
