For the third consecutive year we have consolidated our partnership with Spoleto Arte, presenting our expression of art to an attentive and authoritative international audience. From 23rd July to 7th August 2020, Pro Biennale meets Venice, a prestigious appointment organized by the exhibitions and major events manager Salvo Nugnes, curated by the well-known Italian art critic Vittorio Sgarbi. This year more than ever this artistic event has a clear signal: Italian art starts again after the pandemic, right in the lagoon city which hosts the first true contemporary art exhibition to give an explicit sign of recovery, in one of the sectors that have been most affected by health emergency.
Art is certainly among the most attacked areas, but it has well reacted, opening itself to all forms of expression allowed by the moment: institutions and museums have produced a huge amount of virtual materials through social networks and web sites which, thanks to videos, interviews, lives, online visits to collections have allowed all forms of art to enter people’s homes.
