101CAFFE’ is the largest chain of coffee and beverage franchise stores for all machines, with 150 stores in Italy and around the world and new openings every month, thanks to a rapidly growing market despite the current economic crisis.

From the idea to the project, to the opening of the store
Davide was no longer satisfied with his previous job in a paint company and wanted to put himself in the game by deciding to join the 101CAFFE’ chain stores! He worked hard in the 2 weeks training at the parent company and learned quickly the secrets of this profession and started working immediately with excellent results. All in a short period of time: about a month has passed between the project and the opening of the store!
Davide’s strong point
A strong point of Davide is the fact that he chose the city where he lives with his family to open his store, where he knows many people; this is a considerable advantage. The shop is located in an excellent position, close to other shops for basic necessities, a coffee bar, a post office, in a very busy area and ideal for a commercial activity.
Our young franchisee decided to join 101CAFFE’ because he recognized the need for support from the parent company both in the start-up phase and in the daily management of the business. Running a franchise business in a 101CAFFE’ store allows you to have the widest range of portioned coffees and drinks available on the market, which enabled Davide to immediately become the point of reference of his territory for the purchase of pods and capsules for all coffee machines. In addition to this, the parent company is at his side every day, to support him in all areas of store management: marketing, advertising, orders, deliveries, warehouse management, communication activities to support sales.
The importance of after-sales service to retain customers
Being part of a chain of franchised stores organized as 101CAFFE’ allows us to offer customers a quality service, even in the after-sales phase. In addition to drinks and coffee for all tastes and systems, customers can also find in-store coffee machines and machine maintenance products and have the possibility to request advice and assistance for the correct use of their coffee machine or any request for replacement or repair in case of malfunctions: a service which is guaranteed by the parent company. This aspect is fundamental to building customer loyalty, who like to go back to buy his favorite products in the store with the certainty of always finding an answer to his needs.
Sales aptitude and predisposition to interpersonal relationships
Sector experience is not required to undertake a 101CAFFE’ business but, as can be understood from Davide’s words, it is undoubtedly important to have a certain aptitude for sales, a predisposition to interpersonal relationships, determination and a certain autonomy to adapt the concept and offer to the territorial context in which the store is opened, while always monitoring the local market.

At this time when many are living “in suspense” while waiting for this pandemic to remain only a bad memory, Davide has decided not to wait and to immediately commit to building a professional future in line with his expectations!
