The 101CAFFE’ franchise network is growing: our “serial” franchisees inaugurate their third store in Bolzano and Bollate

A few days ago, a third 101CAFFE’ store opened in the city of Bolzano, located in via Roma. The owners are our “serial” franchisees, the brothers Bachir and Karim, who despite the difficult period due to the pandemic, are working at full speed and have decided to open their third 101CAFFE’, after the openings of Galleria Europa and Via Milano, inaugurated in 2017 and 2020. During the Lockdown periods, the two young entrepreneurs did not stop, working very well also with home deliveries and takeaway sales, thanks to the growing trend of the coffee market and portioned drinks.

Sergio, our franchisee since 2019, also opened his third store in Bollate in December 2020, after the openings of Paderno Dugnano and Busnago. Here is the video interview in which he talks about his experience at 101CAFFE’.

TEAMWORK in the 101CAFFE’ franchising

Sergio decided to open his third store in Bollate with his son who saw in 101CAFFE’ an interesting opportunity for professional growth. Indeed, Davide left his previous job after becoming passionate about the 101CAFFE’ business managed by his father.
With his own words, he explains very well the win-win logic which constitutes the foundations of the Franchising system and of the relationship of collaboration and trust that 101CAFFE’ creates with its franchisees: “The victory belongs to both, we all work to win and grow together”.

We win everything together, without neglecting any aspect: everything is designed and studied in detail by the parent company to allow franchisees to work in good conditions: staff training, marketing strategy, graphic material for setting up and for social media, business intelligence, national and local advertising campaigns.
Furthermore, the start-up of the 101CAFFE’ franchising activity entails a reduced entrepreneurial risk thanks to belonging to an organized network of shops, with important advantages such as, for example, economies of scale and framework agreements with suppliers of products and services.
