101RECIPES Autumn coffee and walnut cake

Difficult to give up a good coffee, even in summer!
Its cold version is the best temptation to which to give in, especially if greedy like the one we offer today: coconut, cocoa and Baileys Shaken Coffee
Ingredients
- 100 g of Caffè al Cocco (coconut coffee)
- 50 g of liquid brown sugar
- 200 g of ice
- 2 teaspoons of bitter cocoa
- coconut flakes to taste
- Baileys to taste
Preparation
- Put the cocktail glass in which you will serve your shaken coffee in freezer
- Take the shaker, fill it with 8-10 ice cubes and pour Caffè al Cocco (coconut coffee) that you have prepared with your moka
- In another container, combine with 2 teaspoons of bitter cocoa powder, liquid sugar and coconut flakes
- Add Baileys to taste and mix the mixture with a fork to prevent lumps from forming
- Pour cocoa cream thus obtained into the shaker, close it well and shake vigorously for 15 seconds
- Hold ice with the appropriate colander, or with the help of a spoon
- If you wish, you can sprinkle the now cold glass with bitter cocoa powder or with chocolate topping
