101RECIPES: Cuor di Tazzu (Heart of Tazzu)
We dedicate this recipe to those who love the traditional Italian home made espresso cup (in Neapolitan dialect “Tazzulella” means “little espresso cup”) but with some seducing variations and a surprising ending.
Just a few gestures to enjoy your gourmet and very special “Tazzulella”.
- 20 ml of Tazzulella coffee
- 20 ml of milk drink
- Nut Espresso topping cream
- 1 heart of coffee flavor sugar Cuor di zucchero al caffè
- Pour some Nut Espresso topping cream onto the bottom of the cup
- Pour hot coffee into the cup
- Pour hot milk into the coffee
- Put the Cuor di Zucchero in the cup and let it float for a few seconds
We suggest you to use a small cup made of glass, to appreciate the beauty of the ingredients: at first they look stratified and than they get mixed together in harmony of “Heart of Tazzu”!
