101RECIPES: FIT COFFEE AND BANANA ICE CREAM

Authentic, energetic, vegan, healthy… or how the modern people put it, fit. You can finally say “I will eat as much as I like”, as this is an ice cream that’s sugar-free (apart from the banana’s natural sugars), fat-free, lactose-free, problem-free.

Ingredients for 2 people

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 3 spoonful’s of espresso coffee (we recommend 101CAFFE’s Napoletano for this recipe as it is rich and intense)
  • 1 spoonful of agave syrup
  • a drop of vanilla extract

Recipe

Making fit coffee and banana ice cream is easier than you’d think. All you need to do is add all of the ingredients to a mixer and blend everything together. When you see that the consistency of the mixture is that of ice cream, turn off the mixer, scoop your ice cream straight into tubs and, if you want to make it even “fitter”, add some banana slices and chocolate shavings on top.

A word of advice: if you notice that your fit coffee and banana ice cream is too runny, put it in the freezer for about 10 minutes before serving.
