101RECIPES: Ginseng Frappé
Frappé is that “special thing” that combines the notions of a drink, a food, a snack and a treat: definitely one of the symbols of summer everywhere.

In this recipe, the leading role is played by ginseng, a root that comes from far away both in time and space. For the last twenty years, thanks to it, alternative recipes for coffee have been developed, with varying characteristics.
Ingredients for 1 person
- 100 ml of ginseng coffee (= 2 full cups)
- 100 ml of cold milk (cow or oat or soy)
- 5 ice cubes
- 1 teaspoon of caramel sugar
Preparation
- Prepare the 2 cups of ginseng coffee
- Let cool for a few minutes to room temperature
- Combine all ingredients (including ice) in a blender and blend
- Pour into a large glass jar of appropriate size
All you have to do is stick a straw in (or two, if you want to share) and sip your ginseng frappé at its most delicious.
