101RECIPES: Panettone Tiramisù

Panettone Tiramisù is a delicious and original idea, to be proposed even after holidays to use leftover panettone. With its soft layers of mascarpone cream drenched in coffee, it will surprise everyone with taste!

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Break the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites.
  2. Collect the first in a bowl, add half the sugar and whisk with a whisk until a light and creamy mixture is obtained.
  3. Work mascarpone with a whisk in another bowl to reduce it to cream.
  4. Then, always working, incorporate the beaten egg yolks.
  5. Beat the egg whites until stiff, add the remaining sugar and work again.
  6. Add everything to the mascarpone mixture and work to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  7. Cut the panettone into cubes, put them in a bowl and sprinkle them with coffee and rum (taking care not to soak them too much).
  8. Distribute a layer of panettone in individual glasses, making sure to compact it.
  9. Cover with a layer of mascarpone cream, level it and decorate with hazelnut and cocoa topping by 101CAFFE’.
  10. Repeat the sequence of the layers ending with cream and cocoa, decorate with bitter chocolate flakes and put in refrigerator until ready to serve.
