Pistachio Tiramisu<br />


  • 250 g mascarpone cheese
  • 200 g ladyfinger biscuits (savoiardi)
  • 3 eggs
  • 80 g sugar
  • 200 ml cold coffee
  • 200 g ready-made pistachio cream
  • Cocoa powder and crushed pistachios for garnish



Prepare the coffee and let it cool completely. In a bowl, combine the egg yolks and sugar and whisk with an electric mixer until the mixture becomes fluffy. Add the mascarpone cheese and pistachio cream, then mix well until you achieve a smooth and homogeneous cream. In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then fold them into the mascarpone mixture.

Take transparent glasses or small dessert cups and begin assembling the layers. Start with a layer of crushed ladyfinger biscuits at the bottom of each glass. Pour a little cold coffee over the crumbled biscuits to lightly soak them. Add a layer of the pistachio mascarpone cream on top of the soaked biscuits. Smooth the surface carefully. Repeat this step to create a second layer of biscuits and pistachio mascarpone cream.

Cover the glasses with plastic wrap and refrigerate them for at least 2-3 hours, allowing them to set and the flavors to meld together.

Before serving, dust the surface of the glasses with a light amount of cocoa powder. You can add an extra garnish if desired, such as a sprinkle of crushed pistachios or a sprig of mint. Serve the pistachio tiramisu glasses chilled and enjoy this creamy and indulgent dessert.
