Loin ingredients

Carrots cream ingredients

Clean carrots and cook them in plenty of salted water until they are tender, about 20/25 minutes or in a steam oven for about 15 minutes at 100% humidity. Blend them in a mixer together with a teaspoon of cream, add a pinch of pepper. Keep warm.

Peppers cream ingredients

  • 600 grams of red and yellow peppers
  • salt

Coffee cream ingredients

  • cooking cream

Pork loin preparation

  1. Soften loin by massaging it with oil
  2. Add salt
  3. In a bowl add sugar and Napoletano coffee, then sprinkle on both loin sides
  4. Season with pepper and juniper berries
  5. Bake at 190° for about 30 minutes. Cooking time can vary depending on loin size and your oven, check it out!
  6. Serve according to your taste with pepper cream, carrots or coffee

  1. Boil peppers
  2. Peel them by making a small cut at the top and pulling the peel
  3. Wait until they are at room temperature and blend them
  4. Done!
