101RECIPES: Tiramisù con Panna e Fragola (cream and strawberry)

Our “pink” version of Tiramisu: instead of coffee we have put our delicious “Tiramisu con Panna e Fragola” (cream and strawberry) drink, which makes this dessert suitable for everyone since it is caffeine-free.


  • 400 g of savoiardi biscuits
  • 500 g of mascarpone cheese
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • strawberries to taste
  • unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 glasses of “Torta Panna e Fragola” drink by 101CAFFE’ (use 2 capsules for each glass)


  1. Work mascarpone cheese with sugar to create a cream
  2. Add the egg yolks and finally the whipped egg whites until stiff
  3. Prepare Torta Panna e Fragola drink with your Nescafè® DolceGusto® coffee maker
  4. Add the drink to mascarpone cream
  5. In a baking dish, make layers with the cream obtained and the savoiardi soaked in it
  6. Garnish with chopped strawberries
  7. Finish with a sprinkle of bitter cocoa
  8. Place the tiramisu in the fridge before serving, for at least 3 hours

Enjoy it at any time of the day or evening! As a snack, a dessert, or a nice and good “welcome” to your guests!
