101RECIPES: Vegan coffee Fluffosa (Fluffy)

The Vegan coffee Fluffosa (fluffy) is a 100% vegetable version of the Fluffosa cake, better known as Chiffon Cake. Its strong taste, combined with the simplicity of the recipe, makes it perfect for a special thought … To surprise with a “cloud” that has the color and aroma of good coffee.

Ingredients for 8 people

  • 350 ml of boiling Stromboli coffee
  • 30 g of flax seed flour
  • 150 g whole sugar
  • 320 g of flour
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 120 g of seed oil
  • 5 tablespoons of boiling water
  • Coffee beans covered with chocolate to taste

Preparation

  1. Pour the flaxseed flour into the boiling coffee, mix with a whisk and set aside.
  2. Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda in another bowl.
  3. Pour sugar into coffee and flax seed mixture and mix well to dissolve it.
  4. Add oil and mix again.
  5. Using a sieve, now add flour with yeast to the liquid ingredients.
  6. Continue mixing with whisk to obtain a smooth dough.
  7. Add hot water and mix, then pour the dough into an 18 cm diameter donut aluminum mold, lightly greased with oil and floured.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 170° C for one hour and 20 minutes. Let it cool in the mold before turning it out.
  9. Now decorate your cake with chocolate covered by coffee beans.
