Donut with coffee by Grandma Anna

Our Elsa has entered 101CAFFE’ kitchen again

but this time with a very important person: grandmother Anna!

Preparation time: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 35 minutes at 180°
Difficulty: easy


  • 250 grams of flour
  • 125 grams of sugar
  • 125 grams of butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 sachet and half of yeast
  • 1 cup Caffè Napoletano Premium 
  • Half glass of  Anima e Corpo coffee liqueur by 101CAFFE’
  • Salt as required


  1. Mount 4 eggs in a bowl
  2. Add sugar and continue to whip
  3. Add Anima e Corpo coffee liqueur and melted butter at room temperature
  4. Add Caffè Napoletano Premium and salt
  5. Add flour and continue to work mixture until you reach a homogeneous and dense consistency
  6. Sift yeast and mix mixture
  7. Put mixture in a mold for donuts and bake at 180° for 30/35 minutes
