101RECIPES:Moka Mojito by Moka Instinct

In collaboration with friends of Moka Instinct we have prepared a recipe with a very summery flavor: moka mojito, a sparkling and fresh coffee-based drink.

Ingredients

• Ice
• Lime to taste
• Brown sugar to taste
• White rhum 50ml
• Moka Instinct Sparkling 1 bottle – You can find it in all 101CAFFE’ stores

Preparation

1. Put brown sugar, lime and white rum on the bottom of the glass
2. Mix by gently squeezing lime and sugar together
3. Add Moka Instinct Sparkling
4. Add ice to get to the level of glass edge
5. To decorate you can serve it with a few mint leaves

Our Moka Mojito is ready to be served!
