The names we have chosen for them are in fact linked to some historical peculiarities of this region, according to territorial tradition.

Amarcord is a typical dialectal expression of Romagna, that means “io mi ricordo” (I remember), a slight nostalgia for a more true and authentic time, rediscovering the ancient aroma; Mezdè means “noon” in the dialect of Romagna region, the perfect time to taste this coffee; Rubicone owes its name to a famous river, historically known to have been crossed by the Roman general Julius Caesar, pronouncing the well-known Latin phrase “alea iacta est”, translated into English as “the die is cast”; Maranello BIO is a fine organic coffee, created and roasted in Modena valleys, where everything that is artisanal becomes an excellence, all over the world. The recipe of the Roasters Masters of Emilia Romagna includes a medium roasting, which guarantees the best balance between flavor, aroma and acidity. This allows to enhance the fragrance in your cup and to give your palate a round, full-bodied and balanced sensation, with hints of chocolate and toasted bread, typical of Emilian Premium coffee by 101CAFFE’; Rubicone, whose particular roasting process gives this espresso a velvety body, with a resolute, strong and intense taste, is available in capsules for Nespresso®, Nescafè® Dolce Gusto® and Lavazza A Modo Mio® coffee makers;
