The 101CAFFE’ Franchising celebrates Women’s Day 2021 with the opening of a new store in Ribera (Sicily)

There are really many stories of the entrepreneurs who are part of the 101CAFFE’ network of franchised shops.
Today we tell you the story of Maria, who has just opened her shop in Ribera in the province of Agrigento (Sicily).

The words of our new franchisee are really the best way for us to celebrate Women’s day, because they fully express the energy and strength of an enterprising woman who, as she herself said, wanted to ” roll up her sleeves ”and start over, despite the difficult period experienced.

Previously, Maria worked in the same location where she now has opened her 101CAFFE’. She had an activity in a different sector which, due to the Pandemic, had to close.

Together with her family, Maria saw a great opportunity in 101CAFFE’, deciding to start a new business in the coffee capsules and pod sector which in 2020 had growth respectively + 26.3% and + 18.2% compared with 2019.

It is an ideal market to invest in right now, the protagonist of a revolution that reflects new consumption trends, such as preparing a good coffee and any other drink quickly and cleanly with a few simple gestures. This applies not only to “home” consumption but also to “out-of-home” consumption (ho.re.ca and offices).
Furthermore, since 101CAFFE’ shops belong to the food sector, they can be open (according to the decree) even in the red areas during periods of health emergency. This obviously represents an important factor to consider for those who decide to start a business at this time.
