101CAFFE’ Maranello BIO will be launched at SIGEP 40th edition, the international confectionery artisan exhibition, taking place in Rimini (Italy), from 19th to 23rd of January, that rewards excellence in coffee roasting and welcomes the best international experts, in a sector that estimates over 1 billion euros of the world trade value in the export of roasted coffee. The world is paying more and more attention on the small coffee bean even in this prestigious appointment, with 101CAFFE’ among the leaders, at Hall D3, stand 104.

101CAFFE’ presents Maranello Bio, a biological coffee blend composed of a range with with different intensity: 20% of Mexican and Peruvian arabica and 80% of Indian robusta. Maranello Bio is a 101CAFFE’ Premium blend created in artisan roastery located in Emilia Romagna, near Modena, land of excellences known all over the world. It is a very interesting blend for those who want biological products and who love strong and top-class flavours.
