In accordance with Leg. Decree 21 February 2014, n.21 enforcing Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the Customer can return the product bought and claim reimbursement of the price paid.
The right of withdrawal can be enforced within 14 days of product receipt, at the following terms and conditions:
1. Before expiry of the said period, the Customer sends a registered letter with advice of receipt to 101CAFFE' or another similar express statement. The communication may be sent, before expiry of same period, by telegram or email to email@example.com.
2. Customer Care then contacts the Customer, indicating the Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA).
3. The Customer indicates the RMA Number in the return form received together with the delivery documents.
4. The Customer is then contacted by the courier to collect the returned product.
The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the RMA.
The reimbursement of the price paid for product purchase includes the costs of delivery.
In case of any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products (including, but not only: damaged products, products not duly or completely assembled, or with missing or damaged parts, such as components, accessories, assembly material, boxes, documents and/or other items), 101CAFFE’ will reimburse the purchase price after deducting such diminished value. Should the Customer send products back after the said period or should the Customer send opened and/or partially used products which cannot be returned, the right of withdrawal does not apply and 101CAFFE’ will return the purchased product to the Customer, charging the delivery costs thereto.
Subject to the above limitations, 101CAFFE’ will reimburse the amount paid by the Customer within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, by issuing a credit note and crediting the amount to the Customer's bank account or credit card.
