101CAFFE’ winner of “Insegna dell’Anno 2019-2020” award in “Tutto Caffè” category

During the successful gala ceremony, held on November 28 in Milan, at the Enterprise Hotel in Corso Sempione 91, 101CAFFE’ has won “Insegna dell’Anno Italia 2019-2020” award in “Tutto Caffè” (all coffee) category. “Insegna dell’Anno” (store sign of the year) is an international prize, born in 2003 in the Netherlands, later established abroad as “Retailer of the Year”, one of the leading in its sector. This award confirms the relationship consumers have with their favourite shops and companies’ ability to capture their attention and interest, rewarding the link with their customers.

“Attending and winning “Insegna dell’Anno Italia 2019-2020” award in “Tutto Caffè” category is an important prize attributed to the validity of our choices, placing consumers at the heart of our business”, says Umberto Gonnella.

Many were, therefore, the awarded winning brands, divided into 31 categories for “Insegna dell’Anno Italia” and into 20 categories for “Insegna Web dell’Anno Italia” award, for online shops. According to evaluation criteria, consumers have considered ten brand aspects, giving one to ten (1-10) votes to each: prices, initiatives and special offers, product quality, assortment, competence and courtesy of shop assistants, service, environment, shopping experience and reliability, electing the most successful company.
