“After 26 years as a taxi driver, I decided to change my life by focusing on 101CAFFE’ Made in Italy products. Since the beginning of this adventure, I was extremely impressed by the great professional staff and the path I followed was spectacular “: these are Emanuele’s words, who shared his enthusiasm with us on the inauguration day. He had no experience in this sector and had never managed a commercial activity before. He quickly became independent in the store management thanks to the training program provided by the parent company, which included a period of intense operational training in a 101CAFFE’ store managed by the parent company. In his store, he works alone and 101CAFFE’ management system enables him to keep under control all activities, such as warehouse orders or promotions, while focusing on sales and optimizing management times and costs.

Even our new Sicilian franchisees Letizia and Salvatore, husband and wife, have entered the coffee and beverage food business, leaving their former professional activity in a photography studio.
They were looking for a family business where they could both work. “101CAFFE’ provided us assistance and great availability from the first step, which consisted in looking for a location in order to find the best place to start the business: a complex decision that requires careful analysis. The first part of the training took place online, then at our store in the pre-opening and shop fitting phase and during the first days of public opening”.

The 101CAFFE’ team is made up of very different people with one common aspect…

So, from now on, Emanuele, Letizia and Salvatore are also part of the great 101CAFFE’ team: some like them have just entered, others have been part of it since 2012, the year of the first 101CAFFE’ franchised store opening.
These people have different histories and professional backgrounds, from the warehouse worker to the manager, from the housewife to the former bars and restaurants manager, but also serial entrepreneurs who invest in various sectors of franchising because they believe in this type of business, in order to diversify their business. There are franchisees of all ages; some come from the coffee sector and others have experience in different sectors, not necessarily in the trade sector. For some of them, 101CAFFE’ is their first job, others have lost their jobs and have chosen our brand to start their new business, still others have left their previous job because it did not satisfy them and have chosen to invest in their professional development by choosing 101CAFFE’. These people have an important common aspect: they decided to partner with us in order to be able to put in field their entrepreneurial attitude by working within an organized network while benefiting from management tools and advantages that would require too high investments if they opened their shop independently.
