101RECIPES: Coffee Mousse
“Are you in the mood for something… tasty? Maybe something refreshing?”
“Yes, but only if it’s fast…”
“Then let’s make you a nice coffee mousse! ” That’s the advice of Grandma Anna, who made us something delicious in no time, something not at all challenging, practically improvised.

Ingredients
- 400ml fresh cream
- 1 cup of espresso (here we have chosen the Sicilia from 101CAFFE’)
- 60 gr of sugar
Preparation
To make the coffee mousse, first prepare the coffee.
While it’s cooling, pour the fresh cream into a bowl and whip it using the usual handy electric whisk. Add the sugar while continuing to whip, and, as the last thing, pour in the coffee (which must be at room temperature). Mix a little more until the mousse is homogeneous.
Now you can sink your spoon in, but… Grandma Anna recommends dividing it up: using a pastry bag, you can fill up to 8 cups!
You can also use this mousse to top a simple dessert, such as a donut.
Unleash your imagination, and, most importantly, enjoy the coffee mousse.
Thank you, Grandma Anna!
