On cold winter days you need something that can warm you up and delight the palate: 101CAFFE Calimero is the ideal dessert for energy boosting , a real “bomb” of taste, simple to prepare and ready in three steps:

Preparation

  1. Heat the egg liqueur cream in a small pot over low heat and stir frequently with a whisk to prevent lumps
  2. Whip the cream, put it in a pastry bag with a star nozzle and place it in the refrigerator for the entire duration of preparation. Divide the egg liqueur cream into 4 little glass cups
  3. Add espresso coffee to each cup (for this recipe we recommend Stromboli (coffee from the 101CAFFE’ Premium line), which you will put on top of the liqueur and on a lot of whipped cream. Then complete with unsweetened cocoa powder and serve immediately

If you want to “overdo” it, add some dry biscuits! For a full sprint snack after skiing, but also to restore when it’s really cold outside!
